Ham Independence Launch PARTY

Organized by The Cheese Shop of Des Moines with SPECIAL GUEST Russ Kremer. Come nibble on some handmade goodies, meet 'Pope of Pork' Russ Kremer and the La Quercia team, and join The Cheese Shop's Hock the Vote Drive. 'Meat and Greet' starts at 5pm, but stick around to hear Herb & Russ tell their stories (starting at 7pm). Location: Des Moines Playhouse, West Lobby. Free.

with Antonelli’s Cheese Shop and ABGB (Austin, TX)

with Cellars at Jasper Hill and Wythe Hotel (Brooklyn, NY).

Join us for an evening of acorn fed prosciutto, award winning cheeses, craft cocktails, and legendary views at the Ides Bar. Herb and Kathy Eckhouse of La Quercia, Mateo Kehler of Jasper Hill, and the team from She Wolf Bakery will be there to chat and provide delicious bites. 5:30 to 8:30pm. RSVP required.

Life, Liberty & the Prosciutto of Happiness: A festival

A festival of cured meats, local eats, and America! with Di Bruno Bros (Philadelphia, PA). With enough cured meat to fill a room, American cheeses and locally source products to complement, adult beverages galore, and prosciutto carved off the bone, this event is a once-in-a-lifetime festival of meats.  Meet the makers behind La Quercia, hang with the Di Bruno Bros cheesemongers, and sip on local brews from Yards Brewing. Location: Rittenhouse Upstairs Café (1730 Chestnut St.) 5:30-7:30pm. $35/ticket. BUY TICKETS HERE.

Hammy Hour @ Goose the Market (Indianapolis, IN)

5:30-7:30pm each night: June 30 through July 3.
